We provide custom samples within 7 days after confirming your drawing or concept. Free 3D mockups are included for rebranding projects.

3. What are your lead times for production?

For in-stock products, delivery is typically 7–15 days. Custom orders usually ship within 3–4 weeks after sample approval.

4. Are your products certified?

Yes. All food-contact silicone products are FDA (US) and LFGB (EU) certified, and comply with REACH. Material certificates and third-party lab reports are available on request.
